Hello! My name is Chris Wilder, and I am the resident woodworker for Wild Crafted. It's been my dream since I was a child to spend my time creating interesting and beautiful wooden works of art.

Together with my partner, Rose, I create a varied mix of wooden and fiber art items, ranging from outdoor furnishings (such as functional birdhouses that look like homes) to children's toys to indoor decor. Much of my work is driven by my love of engineering, nature, fantasy, and general nerdity.

I run the business out of my backyard in wonderful Western Maryland. I partner with local mills to support cutting, creating, and finishing the boards before using them to create my wares.
